Morgan State University is the largest HBCU in Maryland, with about 7,500 undergraduates on their urban campus. Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC) is spread across three campuses and many learning centers in the Green Bay, WI area, where they meet the needs of 41,500 students. Although these two schools seem very different, they have both seen tremendous outcomes from their student success efforts in recent years. We are excited that they are coming together to lead an exciting and engaging conversation about ways to improve student outcomes. Topics will include:
- Strategies for engaging faculty with student success
- Encouraging student adoption – it’s easier than you think
- What the data shows about areas of greatest impact
Morgan State and NWTC are the co-winners of the 2017 Hobsons Education Advances Award for Student Success.
