What types of presentations are you looking for?
Naviance breakout sessions are typically around one hour. We love innovative, interactive presentations showcasing unique programs or practices you have been employing in your school, district, or organization! Solo speakers, dueling speakers, and panels are welcome. This year we are asking that presentations align with one of our themes:
- Getting Started with Naviance
- Creating a College-Going Culture
- Advanced Use of Naviance: Tools and Techniques
- Data, Reporting, and Analytics
- District Implementation
- Emerging Topics in Education
What do I need to be prepared for when submitting my call for proposal?
The call for proposals will ask you for demographic data, a short bio, a session title and description, and the names of all presenters involved. We’ll also ask you a few other quick specifics about your presentation.
What are the benefits of presenting at NSI?
Presenters at NSI receive the benefit of presenting at a national conference and are connected with hundreds of Naviance users throughout the world. Primary presenters also receive a discounted registration fee.
I want to present, but can’t think of a topic. What should I do?
Talk with your consultant or account manager if you would like to discuss ideas around proposal topics. Our audience resonates best when a presenter is passionate and excited – what are you best at? Or most excited about? Go with it!
See you in sunny Arizona!
