Teachers juggle a lot. Besides their work in the classroom, they grade projects and papers, prepare lesson plans, and support students inside and outside of school. Although all of these efforts are important, how they handle these can affect how students view education.
In our latest Upgraded by Hobsons podcast, we discuss teachers who made a positive and lasting impression on students. One pupil remembers his 10th grade math teacher who dressed up as a clown for class. Another high school student thought of his science teacher who brought to the classroom small jars filled with amphibians.
The grades and subjects differ, but the commonalities for creating a positive impression on students almost always includes making subjects fun.
