We are excited to once again highlight the hard work of Hobsons’ clients through our annual awards program. The Hobsons Education Advances Awards honor the work that our clients are doing to support students as well as increase success within their organizations.

These awards, presented during a ceremony at Naviance Summer Institute and Hobsons University, honor innovative schools, districts, and higher education institutions to show what is possible when an institution combines people, process, and technology to make a difference in the lives of students.

Applications are now being accepted for the 2017 Hobsons Education Advances Awards. Hobsons product users are encouraged to submit an application nominating their own institution (or other institutions) for awards in the categories of K-12 College and Career Readiness, College Admissions and Enrollment, and Higher Ed Student Success. Each award winner, selected by a panel of prestigious, independent judges, will receive $2,500 for their institution, while two finalists in each category will receive $1,000 each for their institutions.

Submission Requirements

Completed submissions must be received by 5 p.m. EST on February 10, 2017. Late submissions will not be accepted.

A complete application contains:
  • A completed Hobsons Education Advances Awards application, available here.

  • Any supplemental materials such as photos, videos, charts, etc. to help tell the story of student success. Supplemental materials not included in the online application may be submitted via email to kim.oppelt@hobsons.com.

We strongly encourage creative approaches to supplemental materials, particularly the inclusion of recorded video or audio. Production quality of your media is not important if the result captures a story that connects your efforts to specific student successes. Media may be linked in your online submission or submitted to kim.oppelt@hobsons.com.

We look forward to your submission and to honoring this year’s finalists!
