Higher education institutions in the United States are reexamining their admissions and recruitment processes to attract and retain best-fit students. Hobsons sponsored the 2016 Inside Higher Ed Survey of College & University Admissions Directors, a comprehensive survey conducted by Inside Higher Ed and Galllup, a longtime Hobsons partner, to learn what admissions directors think of trending topics in the higher education field.
The report aims to communicate ways U.S. college and university admissions and enrollment directors recruit and retain students who best complement their academic culture. Addressing topics including college affordability and financial aid, the new SAT admissions test, and key undergraduate student demographics, the report supplies answers from 2,460 admissions directors and enrollment officers, and 229 higher ed institutions.
