Client Solutions Intern


Job Summary

The Starfish Client Solutions Specialist (CSS) team is the bridge between our clients and numerous teams within the Higher Education division at Hobsons. The Starfish Client Solutions Intern will work in a team environment alongside the CSS team members. This individual will gain perspective on providing quality service to clients and manage multiple projects including a documentation repository and intranet set up. 



This position will be located in: Cincinnati, OH (Sharonville OH)



Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Assist Director of Support services in updating documentation repository
  • Complete task work as assigned by CSS team tied to client deliverables
  • Re-haul Starfish Support intranet page to better organize documentation and layout
  • Project work as assigned



Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both over the phone and in-person required
  • Must be organized, flexible and adaptable, able to multi task, and a quick learner
  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a 4-year degree program is required
  • Must have availability for 35 hours/week
  • Must be able to travel to and from the office on your own accord
