Matt Chan

As Senior Vice President of Marketing, Matt Chan leads Hobsons’ overall brand awareness and marketing efforts to support students throughout their educational and career-readiness journey by connecting their schools, districts, and higher education institutions with our Naviance, Intersect, and Starfish solutions. 

Matt has over 20 years of experience in marketing, product management, and software engineering for B2B and B2C SaaS companies. His recent positions included Chief Marketing Officer at Knowledge to Practices, Head of Global Product Marketing at CEB (now Gartner), and VP of Enterprise & Education Marketing at Rosetta Stone. 

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer & systems engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a Master of Science in computer science from Johns Hopkins University, and a Master of Business Administration the Harvard Business School.
