Sharon Johnson, Financial Controller
Sharon joined Hobsons in May 1997 as a Purchase Ledger Assistant and was rapidly promoted within the finance team, becoming Financial Controller in 2007. She is CIMA qualified.
As well as managing the finance department, Sharon has HR and Office Management responsibilities.
Sharon has also been actively involved in our charitable work with Plan International, visiting the boarding school we helped build in Vietnam in 2008.
Rachel Fletcher, Director - EMS
Rachel's career at Hobsons began in our Australian office in Melbourne, where she joined as a Service Centre Account Manager in 2005, dealing with international student enquiry management.
Her extensive project management experience was invaluable when, in 2006, she was chosen to move to London and set up the UK Service Centre, based on the Australian model.
Rachel now has responsibility for managing the operations and strategic development of the Enrolment Management Services division.
Lesley Hargreaves, Director EMT Services
Lesley has been with Hobsons for the past five years and transferred to the London office from Washington in January 2009.
Before her promotion to her current role as Director of EMT Services, she managed a strategic account portfolio, including Graduate, MBA and Undergraduate universities
Before joining Hobsons, Lesley worked at the Nicholas School of the Environment and Earth Sciences at Duke University in the US and helped develop the Nicholas School's first online Master's of Environmental Management degree program.
