Plymouth University has recently renewed its partnership with Hobsons, the education sector’s leading specialist provider of outsourced enquiry and offer conversion services, technology products and marketing solutions.
Since 2010 Hobsons have supported Plymouth University’s international team with their enquiry and offer management process. The additional support has increased conversion rates as well as ensured that international students receive a high level of personalised service from the university, from first enquiry right through to enrolment.
