Training

Hobsons offers a variety of training options – from live instructor-led classes and on-site sessions to client-led webinars and on-demand recordings. Designed to actively engage users, the courses utilise actual demonstrations of our technology solutions and provide step-by-step details and specific examples whenever possible. Clients can choose to have the training delivered through web-based and/or on-site courses.

Web-based Courses

We offer weekly web-based, instructor-led classes as well as on-demand recordings for clients who prefer to train users from their office or location. Delivered through WebEx and phone, these courses are typically included in the cost of the solution purchase, with no limitations on the number of users or sessions.

On-site Courses

For an additional fee, we also provide training on campus for users. Clients who take advantage of this option may choose between using our standard curriculum or having content customised to meet their specific needs. These sessions incorporate interactive tasks and workshops designed to accelerate learning in a fun, team-focused environment where users feel comfortable asking questions and sharing knowledge. Emphasis is placed on engaging the learner throughout the course and hands-on participation is encouraged to ensure learning retention and increased usage.

Clients may also choose to send staff members to Hobsons’ office in London for on-site training with our professional staff. In addition to ensuring attendees master the solution(s), these sessions are designed to help learners become instructors so they can train other staff members upon their return to campus.
