Hobsons provides consulting services that focus on the technical implementation of solutions, including our Education CRM Suite and Virtual Orientation. We deliver a project plan that meets each institution’s unique needs and manage the implementation process from start to finish.

Our consultants have extensive experience implementing solutions at education institutions and have developed a set of best practices for helping clients through the process. Our structured, hands-on approach is designed to help you get up and running as quickly as possible.


Phase I: Assess

During the assessment phase, we jointly explore the key objectives and drivers for your solution(s), which we factor into a customised project plan that both parties follow throughout the process.


Phase II: Configure

During the configuration phase, we work with you to ensure all relevant components are properly set up so that users (staff) and end users (students) can interact with your solution(s) as intended.


Phase III: Test

During the testing phase, we work with you to review and test your system configuration, overlay your business processes, and make tweaks as necessary to ensure data integrity and a positive end-user experience.


Phase IV: Launch

Upon completion of review and testing, we will assist you with launching your solution(s) and making sure your institution has what it needs to manage and support the solution post-live.


We have several implementation packages to help you balance your time-to-market with limited staff resources. Whether the project lasts for a few hours or a few months, we will guide you through each step of the process and ensure that you have the support you need to meet your timelines and objectives.

In addition to technology consulting, we also provide digital marketing consulting to our clients. For these engagements, we follow a simplified version of the methodology outlined above.
