Information/Data Collected

Interest Page

This is the Interest Page or data capture page. It is a Hobsons hosted page designed for the collection of data from enquirers.

A source code is collected which indicate the Interest Page the students contact record was created by. If there are any changes to this, this is reflected in a current source code. All data collected on the Interest Pages is securely transmitted to the associated Connect Database. Above and beyond this we do not collect web traffic data, unless a university requests tracking such as Google Analytics to be added.

Edit Profile Page

This page is essentially the completed interest page used to collect the contacts data. From here they will be able to see their previous data entries and make any updates. The university can decide which of these shows here in order to protect data already captured.

There is an Edit Profile Page for every interest page listed.

As above

VIP Page

This is the VIP or portal pages that the student uses to access enquirer and applicant information which is personalised, timely and relevant to the data collected via the Interest Pages and or the application.

In order that the university can track traffic to the VIP Page we provide the following VIP Results;

  • Total Visits
  • Active Visitors (this means has logged in)
  • Engaged Visitors (this means has logged in and clicked on a link)
  • Average Login Time
  • Average Clicks Per Visit

AY Application Log in

This is the AY Application Log in or screen that the student uses to access their application. They will use this when for their first and any subsequent visits as they work toward submission of their application. They can also use this screen to access the status of their application, If the university utilizes this functionality.
