Our team, located across the UK and US offices, is available during the following hours:

  • April 1 – September 30: 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. GMT on weekdays (excluding holidays)* 
  • October 1 – March 31: 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. GMT on weekdays (excluding holidays)*


Our support specialists strive to review and respond to client requests that arrive by ticket or e-mail within two (2) hours.
