Duncan Findlater

Director, Product and Client Services

Duncan manages product and product development and client services for Hobsons EMEA. Duncan graduated with a degree in Theology from the University of Kent subsequently going on to hold management roles in technology recruitment and sports management before joining Hobsons in 2008 as an Operations Manager for the Enrolment Management Services. Duncan spent 18 months working in Hobsons’ APAC Melbourne office as a Client Services Manager assisting Hobsons’ partner universities with their marketing and recruitment activities for both international and domestic students. He has a particular expertise in managing recruitment and conversion at all stages of the student lifecycle.

Sharon Johnson

Director, Finance and BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Sharon Johnson is responsible for Hobsons EMEA’s human resources, office management, and finance departments. She has been instrumental in managing change across the organisation, from launching new profit centres to facilitating organisational restructuring.

Sharon joined Hobsons as a purchase ledger assistant in May 1997 and was rapidly promoted within the finance team, ultimately becoming financial controller in 2006. Sharon studied during this period for her accountancy exams and is CIMA qualified.

Sharon is also actively involved in Hobsons’ charitable work with PLAN, regularly contributing to fundraising activities.
