Signing up is simple! Just a few easy steps and you're ready to save time and resources.

Public PK-12 Divisions

  1. Contact Virginia Department of Education at 804-225-2039 or e-mail resultshelp@doe.virginia.gov about implementation.
  2. Once your division is implemented, download and complete the Quick Start form to set up your user accounts. E-mail it to ntcsupport@hobsons.com.
  3. Link OrderaTranscript.com to your school Web site and start directing your students to order their transcripts through this vehicle. You can fulfill their orders at no cost to your school, and you and your students enjoy all the benefits of electronic transcripts. Visit the NTC training page for OrderaTranscript.com resources.

Quick Start Form
