Virginia Transcript Center (VTC)
In 2008, Virginia Department of Education launched the Virginia Transcript Center (VTC) - a system powered by National Transcript Center (NTC) to enable electronic exchange of student records and transcripts from all Virginia public PK-12 schools. VTC enables schools to send student records and transcripts electronically to any PK-12 school, college, and university in the country, and Virginia colleges and universities can receive electronic transcripts at no cost. Private PK-12 schools can also participate for a low annual fee.
