Signing up is simple! Just a few easy steps and you're ready to save time and resources.
PK-12 Districts Participation Form
Download and complete the participation form and e-mail it to ntcsupport@hobsons.com. Your student information system vendor will need to have created and tested an extract to utilize the system. So far, JMC and PowerSchool extracts are available. Districts that use other SIS vendors may sign up to receive records and transcripts. Please talk with you vendor about when your extract or SIF agent will be available.
Public Colleges & Universities Premium Receive Form
If you would like to just receive PDF transcripts electronically, download and complete the Premium Receive Form and email it to ntcsupport@hobsons.com. (Coming Soon)
Private Colleges & Universities Standard Receive Form
If you would like to receive PDF transcripts electronically at no cost, download and complete Standard Receive Form and email it to and email it to ntcsupport@hobsons.com. (Coming Soon)
