Iowa Transcript Center (ITC)
In 2010, the Iowa Department of Education (IDE) launched the Iowa Transcript Center (ITC) – a system developed by National Transcript Center (NTC) to enable electronic exchange of student records and transcripts from all Iowa public PK-12 schools. ITC allows all colleges and universities to receive any transcript electronically, and in-state public institutions of higher education can now send transcripts to other in-state public institutions at no cost.
