NTC Higher Education

Colleges and universities can receive transcripts from NTC members free of charge simply by filling out one of the below forms.

Complete the Premium Receive Form if your institution is in Iowa, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, or Wyoming.
Complete the Standard Receive Form if your institution in located in any other state.

NTC also has two types of full membership available for post-secondary institutions that allow colleges and universities to send (and receive) electronic transcripts.

NTC Standard membership provides a connection to NTC in just a few days and includes the following benefits:

Receive e-Transcripts from any NTC member.
Send e-Transcripts to any academic institution in the country — whether or not the recipient is an NTC member. There are over 137,000 institutions in our database.
Deliver e-Transcripts securely to anyone with a valid e-mail address.
Request transcripts from any school in the country.

NTC Premium membership includes all the benefits of Standard Membership, plus:

Exchange transcript data in PESC XML or SPEEDE EDI formats.
Transcript data is translated into the recipient's preferred data format and delivered electronically.
View transcripts as PDFs and/or download transcript data in your preferred data format for import into your student information system.
