We offer a variety of support resources to school and district staff. These resources are free of charge and provided to help you get started and provide assistance when you are faced with new challenges or issues.
Our support team possesses a significant amount of domain expertise and is dedicated to resolving issues and answering questions in a timely manner. Each support specialist is fully certified on existing solution functionality and receives regular training on new solution features.
Note: Hobsons does not offer direct support to students and families. If you are a student or parent, please contact the school or organization that delivers your service for further assistance.

- Quick-reference guides
- Self-paced tutorials
In addition, our users’ community allows clients to collaborate with other Naviance Network members and product managers.
