K-12 school and district clients can receive support using one of the options listed below.


1. Speak to an Expert

To reach our support team by phone, please call 866.337.0080 (toll-free) or +1.703.859.7300 (international) if you are outside the United States and Canada and select OPTION 2 from the menu so you can be directed to the appropriate support specialist.


2. Send an E-mail

If you prefer e-mail, please send your inquiry to Support Services. Be sure to include all relevant information so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

3. Receive Online Assistance

You can also receive support online via the Help sections of Naviance and PrepMe.


Hours of Operation
We provide support for Naviance clients during the following hours:

  • 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. ET on weekdays (excluding holidays)
     

Note: Hobsons does not offer direct support to students and families. If you are a student or parent, please contact the school or organization that delivers your service for further assistance.
