ACS Career Advisor Seminars 2013

Over the years, the ACS Seminars have proven to be a a must-attend professional development event for career practitioners around Australia. These free seminars showcase a wide variety of presenters from a range of industries and are a fantastic opportunity for career advisers to further develop their industry knowledge as well as network with top recruiting organisations and education providers.

Career Development association of Australia (CDAA) national conference

The Conference will bring together career practitioners, education and training providers, leaders of industry, policy makers, HR professionals and researchers to explore the links between career and workforce development, the challenges of improving opportunities for disadvantaged groups and the value career development brings to building sustainable workforces and quality work and education outcomes for all Australians. The Expo, to be held at Royal Hall of Industries, Moore Park on Thursday 30 and Friday 31 May, Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 June 10am-3pm, provides resources and information for the HSC, tertiary courses, career options, study strategies, the gap year and much more. A feature of The Expo is the seminar program on HSC subjects, study and career advice. Hobsons will be presenting a seminar at the event titled 'A guide to the what, where and how of careers, courses and education providers' (Friday 31st May, 12:45pm). Attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase our print guides for $10, as well as participate in a competition to win an iPad Mini.

The Expo is to be held at Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park on Thursday 20 and Friday 21 June 9am-3pm, Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 June 10am-3pm. The Expo feature exhibitors with information on employment and career options as well as tertiary course, study and career advice. Hobsons will be presenting a seminar at the event titled 'A guide to the what, where and how of careers, courses and education providers' (Friday 21st May, 12:30pm). Attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase our print guides for $10, as well as participate in a competition to win an iPad Mini.

Now in its 12th year, the MBA & Postgrad Expo continues to bring you the most diverse gathering of institutions offering postgraduate courses. Compare courses from local and interstate universities, discuss your specific needs with institution staff and consequently make an informed decision. By attending the event, you will also recieve a free MBA or Postgrad Guide from the Hobsons Good Universities Guide stand.
