Client Success Specialist (Arlington, VA or Cincinnati, OH)
Job Summary
The Client Success Specialist is the bridge between the Success Managers and Product Specialist in the Higher Education Professional Services team. This entry level position is responsible for much of the product work required to support live technology and marketing products and to get products up and running. The Success Specialist will initially have limited exposure to clients, but will sit in on calls as appropriate. Qualities needed to succeed in this role include managing your own time, taking initiative on projects, and learn quickly.
This position will play a key role in the overall success of the team. Performance will be measured by client satisfaction, ability to interact with the success managers, and quality of work.
We are currently hiring a Client Success Specialist to work in one of the following locations:
- Cincinnati, OH
- Arlington, VA
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Assists in obtaining business requirements for projects with current clients.
- Complete assigned tasks from the Client Services queue
- May participate in client phone calls and training webinars with the respective Success Manager or Implementation Specialist
- Prepare product usage reports for clients and Success Managers
- Can be assigned to several Success Managers to assist in account management or implementation support tasks
- Provide client coverage when needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Applicants must have a minimum of a 4-year degree and be extremely comfortable with the internet
- Basic HTML skills and knowledge of the higher education market are a plus
- Knowledge of operational policies and procedures is required
- Ability to work independently demonstrating initiative; exercise good judgment in administration of responsibilities; adapt to and embrace change in a rapidly changing environment; establish work priorities and manage multiple projects; exhibit flexibility in work schedule and job tasks; establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, vendors, clients, and other job contacts; maintain confidentiality of sensitive information; quickly learn new technologies
- Skill in verbal and written communications; operation of standard office equipment; operation of personal computer; planning, scheduling, and organizing work; application of job software, including Microsoft Office Suite is required
